How do I initiate a return?
To initiate a return, please contact Support@LaylaLong.shop . Please include your order number, email address, and shipping zip code. Return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. If you would like to return an item yourself, please mail to: 2334 Arthur Ave, Bronx, NY 10458, United States
What items can be returned?
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags still on. We will not accept returns on any item that states "No Returns" on the description page. Perishable items such as coffee, tea, cold brew, and hot cocoa are not returnable. Gift cards are also not refundable.
When you submit your return request, you will receive an estimate for return shipping costs. If accepted, you will receive a prepaid return label that will be deducted from the final refund amount.
We are sorry if you received a damaged or wrong item! Please contact us at Support@LaylaLong.shop and we will assist you in arranging a replacement.
We are not currently accepting returns on international orders, so please be aware of this if you shop at Layla Long outside of the United States. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdirected packages. If you would like us to re-ship a returned package to you, we will charge you the actual shipping costs before re-shipping.
How will my refund be processed?
Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the new item; please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If your refund request is approved, the refund will be automatically transferred to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days, which will be calculated based on the normal processing time of your payment method.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
We occasionally need to re-process a refund, but it usually takes a little longer than expected. If you have not received your refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially credited to your account. Next, contact your bank. It usually takes some processing time for the refund to be credited to your account. If you have completed all of these steps and have not received your refund, please contact us at Support@LaylaLong.shop.
Do you accept exchanges?
While we hope to offer this service in the future, unfortunately, we are unable to accept exchanges at this time.
