How do I initiate a return?

To return an item, please contact Support@LaylaLong.shop . Please include your order number, email address, and shipping zip code. Return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. What items can be returned?

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags still on. We will not accept returns on any item that states "No Returns" on the description page. Perishable items such as coffee, tea, cold brew, and hot cocoa are not returnable. Gift cards are also not refundable.

When you submit your return request, you will receive an estimate for return shipping costs. If your request is accepted, you will receive a prepaid return label that will be deducted from the final refund amount.

We are sorry if you received a damaged or wrong item! Please contact us at Support@LaylaLong.shop and we will assist you in arranging a replacement.

We are not currently accepting returns on international orders, please be aware of this if you shop at Layla Long outside of the United States. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or misdirected packages. If you would like us to re-ship a returned package to you, we will charge you the actual shipping cost before re-shipping.
